creating exe file for an java app

How create an ".exe" file for java application. is there any tools available on sites.or is there any programs are to create it.

I used a program from ZeroG (http://www.zerog.com). They have
a freeware version called Now. Its works pretty ok and generates exe for Windows
and other installabes (eg. RPM for RHAT) for other OS's.
Its fairly easy to use.
