Does anyone know about any tool that provides the following:
- Translates Java code into C (or C++) code
- Is available for Windows
- Supports JDK 1.2 (or, at least, AWT)
- Is for free

Generating native code would be enough, too. I've seenn some tools that work, but none of them hold the 2nd and 3rd requirements.
