sir,

i am downloading mails through pop3 server how do i retrieve only message from the mails?.like using getFrom() method of javamail api i can retrieve sender's email address.so what is the method to retrieve body of the message?

Use the getContent() method of the MimeMessage class to get the content, excluding headers.
