Accessing another user's mailbox

I am using the JavaMail API to access a Microsoft Exchange server using IMAP. How can I access individual user accounts from an administrator account that will have privilage to access each user's mailbox. I will be connecing as the administrator account but I want to access another user's mailbox. Can this be done? How would I go about accessing the other person's message store without explicitly knowing their password?

I have the same question. Since JAVA Mail APi (and IMAP4)does not take mail box name as a paramter during login, I am not sure if we can access an user's mailbox with another authorized user's user name and password.

If it is possible, I would love to know.
