Hi,
On my new struts project, we are using all the European languages, while running the App we are facing an error on reading some of Latin characters with caron (Ex: È, è, ï, ì, ò, ø, , ù), these characters displayed as '?', we tried to fix it through generate Unicode using native2ascii tool in jdk for these characters, still it wont' work as expected, please give us a quick solution/references/suggestions.

Note: We tried the native2ascii for Windows-1252, Cp1252, ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-2 encoding methods.
