Permission Denied to AjaxScript file in IE 8

I am using a4j:commandLink.when clciked it refreshes a datatable and display results.
It is working fine in IE 7 but in IE 8 ,if session out occurs there is problem that permission denied error pops up

How to Solve this issue?
