Hi

Searching over the internet ive found nowhere how can i pass a grayscale image to a TPL 2844 using java.
Was wondering if someone did it before me?

Hello Argiris,



You'll need to store the image into the printer's memory. It has to be a black and white (1 bit) PCX image. You can use tools such as GIMP and ImageMagik to convert a 1 bit indexed BMP into a PCX.



Check the EPL programmer guide for the commands used to deal with picture storing (GK, GM, GG etc). The manual comes in the CD that accompany the printer. Otherwise download it from Zebra website at:
