Render and annotate PDF document in Swing

I want to view/render PDF document using Java. How can I achieve it?
I found PDF renderer library (at http://www.java-junction.blogspot.com ) to render PDF document.
Is there any other Open Source Tool available for rendering and creating markup on pdf document?

About the only way I know to do this Open Source is to create an XHTML document and use XSLT to convert the document.
