Can anyone suggest me what is the best IDE to use as we have to start a project using technologes JSF,Spring,EJB,Hibernate,Web services.

I use MyEclipse plugin for Eclipse.... costs a bit (not very much, though) and it's worth it the first project you do!!!!

maybe if you can pay, try MyEclipse; otherwise if you need it to be entirely free, just try Eclipse, and see what free plugins you can scrounge up.
