I am trying to install the clearcase plugin for eclipse. As per the instructions, I am supposed to enable the plug-in from "General --> Capabilities" in "Preferences". To my surprize, I can not find the "Capabilities" item in preferences. I am using "eclispe 3.3.0" downloaded from "eclispe.org". Does anyone know what I should do to see "Capabilities" in my eclipse.
