Is there any way by which I can mark/flag my files in Eclipse?

When multi-tasking, it's difficult to keep track of which files were modified, and for what reason. So, something like a color flag in Outlook will really help a lot. If there's a way of entering comments when flagging a file, that'll be great.

I'm sure there will be an Eclipse plug in that does this. But, I'm not able to find one. Please help.
