Whats the difference between Lucene nightly and Lucene 2.0 and whats the feature provided in Nightly?

Hi All,


After a long time i returned back to this search engine
"lucene". I have seen the newly introduced "Lucene
Nightly".

Is there anybody know the feature provided in Lucene
Nightly?

and Also the difference between Lucene nightly and
Lucene2.0?

Please help me out.

A "nightly" is a build, usually made through an automated build process at night, that holds the very latest version. Although the latest, it's not guaranteed to be the most stable. So just go with the given releases (2.0.0 in this case.)
