First of all, you are asking a question about a microsoft-specific system call -- this isn't really the right forum to sort that out. Second of all, don't post "urgent!" in your problem description -- everyone's problem is urgent to them, and it isn't like the people who might have the answer are prioritizing who they respond to based on the posters personal sense of urgency (or number of exclamation marks). Finally, I use a Mac, so I couldn't guess what the issue is, unless the system call is choking on the double-forward-slash. (Windows paths are, generally, with backslashes, although I'll grant the argument does resemble a URL.)
