how to import new plugins into eclipse

i don't know how impost new plugins in to eclipse
if any body knows pls tell me the process and how can proceed

I think you just un-zip or whatever, and copy, the plugin's directory tree, into the right place (same level as all the other plugins), under the Eclipse install directory.
