Hello All,

I would like to write a java program which will run on Windows. Now from this java program I need to connect to UNIX box and upload some files which are present in the UNIX box to my working directory in windows. Is this possible? If so, how can I acomplish this task.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Shree

How is it you need java for this? (Can you ftp the files or make them available in a samba share, for example?) Also correction to your terminology: as worded, you are "downloading" files from the unix box to the windows box, if your point of reference is a program running on the windows box.
