Hello,

I'm developing a web-app with the 2005 version. Recently JBuilder has been running very slow though - including the IDE, but mostly the web-apps (running on Tomcat 5.0.27). The apps are running on java 1.5 and JBuilder on 1.4. I changed the vmmemmin parameter in the jbuilder.config file to use 512 mb of my 1gig memory. Anything else I can do?

Thanks

If you want to configure jdk1.5 in JBuilder, It's very easy
Open JBuilder IDE and you will get an option like configureJdk. just click and modify it accordingly.
And restart the JBuilder.

I managed to resolve the issue by running the webapp on jdk 1.4. This is a bandaid solution as I need to run on 1.5. I am no quite sure how to change the jbuilder.config file to run 1.5 for JBuilder though. There are several parameters that point to 1.4 or its associated jars. I guess I'll just have to play around with it.
