hi to everyone,

im a newbie in java, im practicing eclipse 3.1.1, when im creating web.xml in WEB-INF folder, an error occured while saving the web.xml file "Error:Save Failed:Attemted to beginRule: P/TEST, does not match outer scope rule"..

i also noticed in netbeans the web.xml automatically produces once i create a web project, how about it eclipse 3.1.1 is it automatic? or do i need some plugins?
