at the end of a telnet task, with the backslash telnet, does it kill any processes going on? Say I want to start a server of some sort with the telnet task, and then after it's started on the remote computer I telneted to, I do a blackslash telnet on the local machine, does it terminate the server or is that still running?

after doing some testing, it's true, once you kill the task everything is killed as well.
