Can we sent mails on particular date through JavaMail API?

Hai to every body
My problem is Can we sent mails on particular date through JavaMail API. Intially I used

setSentDate(date);

But thats for seting the date only. I want to sent mails on particular date.

How?

Use a bloody java.util.Timer.
