If someone copies a file how can you log it to a text file?

A bash script would be helpful.

Want to basically know who copied a particular file at what time.


I don't have admin powers on this server, btw

My gut feeling is that it's not possible. If you had root, you could turn on user accounting. Not sure if it would log file access, though...
