Hi Neelima,
A signature is simply a piece of text/HTML that the user 
appends to the mail that he/she is sending. So obviously
a signature can be added to the HTML parameter which u r 
storing in ur JavaMail API.

To save the mails, u will need a databse of course.

Could u elaborate more on what u wanna achieve so that I
can be of more help ?
