I created a new oracle instance and deployed my EAR file using OEM Website,I changed the document root of the HTTP server pointing to the static pages directory in the new OC4J Instance directory created under oracle_home/j2ee during deployment. In the default-web-site.xml file,I configured the port as 3005 and the protocol as ajp13.However when i tried to contact the servlet from my static page, it throws 404 error because it is searching for the servlet in the documnet root directory of the http server. Hope the communication from http server to the app server(OC4J) has not happened.I checked with the mod_oc4j.conf file and there was 2 entries for oc4jmount pointing to the new oracle instance created as oc4jMount / instancename    More>>

Hope the communication from http server to the app server(OC4J) has not happened.I checked with the mod_oc4j.conf file and there was 2 entries for oc4jmount pointing to the new oracle instance created as

oc4jMount / instancename

oc4jMount //* instancename

My servlet after deployment is in webinf/classes/com/fcat/servlet directory. The web.xml also seems to be fine.
Is there any other configuration to be done apart from this to make the communication between web to app server to happen.
Please help to achieve this.

Thanks in advance
