I use a webchat program, for connecting with friends on thier cell phones, lately I 've been facing this problem, the site loads fine, the applet loads fine ..but then I cannot connect (no one else seems to have a problem with the site)

I have checked the path variabl;es, reinstalled java , and did evrything a non-techie person can do ..
How do I solve this ?
