Iam new to this mail api i could understand the pre requsites for sending and receiving mail. Can i send a mail to yahoo and rediff pls provide me the code sample where i can use as it is for sending and receiving mail from (i got j2ee server with me so no need for tutorials on mail.jar and activation .jar).my local system

Note: i tried already i got "SendFailedException"
