native calls in J2ME

Does J2ME have support for making native calls to c/cpp dll

if yes how do we make these calls

Both J2ME MIDP1.0 (Based on CLDC 1.0) or MIDP2.0 (Based on CLDC 1.1) do not support native interfaces. You could use native interfaces with CDC. See Sun's tutorial on HowTo JNI.
