Generated cpp file (lexer) does not include antlr/SematicException.hpp when semantic predicates are used

I encountered the problem mentioned in the subject.

Automatically generated C++ source does not include antlr/SemanticException.hpp when in autogenerated code there is a reference to SematicException class, resulting in non compilable code. Puting manually aforementioned include into apropriate header of the *.g file solves the problem -- so this is just minot annoyance. Or is it suposed to work that way.
