What is the easiest way to convert the output of a JSP to PDF without FDF toolkit?

The FDF toolkit from Adobe isn't available--I have searched to attempt to find any old copies or mirror's and cannot.

Was wondering if anyone knew of another method beside XML?

You could maybe use something like Jasper Reports:
