Hi all, i put the following lines in my Tomcat4.1.27/conf/server.xml to avoid restarting Tomcat after changing a servlet: cookies="true" crossContext="true" name="defaultContext" reloadable="true" swallowOutput="false" useNaming="true" wrapperClass="org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapper" /> I put the lines below after this comment in default server.xml: But i still get this error after changing the servlet class: HTTP Status 503 - Servlet org.apache.catalina.INVOKER.HellowWorld is curre   More>>

Hi all,

i put the following lines in my Tomcat4.1.27/conf/server.xml to avoid restarting Tomcat after changing a servlet:




cookies="true"
crossContext="true"
name="defaultContext"
reloadable="true"
swallowOutput="false"
useNaming="true" wrapperClass="org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapper" />



I put the lines below after this comment in default server.xml:






But i still get this error after changing the servlet class:



HTTP Status 503 - Servlet org.apache.catalina.INVOKER.HellowWorld is currently unavailable



I'm using Tomcat 4.1.27 on a Windows 2000 mashine!

I have the same problem with the new version Tomcat 4.1.27. The reload is working fine with Tomcat 4.1.12. Is anyone out there know why? Thank you.
