Are there any web portal frameworks featuring login forms, personalization & membership, etc. that are built entirely using JSP custom tag libraries?

I was doing research on portal frameworks and the one I found which might work is Jakarta JetSpeed sub project.
JetSpeed uses Turbine (another Jakarta subproject) which does login and personalization. JetSpeed gives you ability to layout and manage portlets. Each portlet can get content from Servlet/JSP. Unfortunately there is not much documentation.
