How can I delete an e-mail with javaMail?

I want to remove an e-mail from my aplication but I can't find out the method to use...can anybody help me??

This page gives a good overview of basic tasks using the JavaMail classes. There is a section that describes specifically how to delete messages. It is done using flags.
