Run a java pachage in command prompt

I created a java application. I have packaged it. The main pacckage name is skillsdb. It has a package called gui and main class is there. How can i run the application in command prompt. I have trie with java skillsdb.gui.LoginUI But its not worked. Please help me

i assume you have a directory structure like this : c:skillsdbguiLoginUI.java. Now to compile your code on the command prompt type,
cd c:skillsdbgui.

c:skillsdbgui> javac LoginUI.java
to run the application type,

c:skillsdbgui>cd ..

c:skillsdb>cd ..

c:> java skillsdb.gui.LoginUI

This should work.

package/class names are case sensitive.
