AS400 Java native compiler

I need to compile java program in native code on As400. I would be much happy if could be guided in this regard. Do i need to download any tool? If so which tool do i need to user and where do i get it?

In AS400 there is a command called CRTJVAPGM which optmizes the java byte code upto level 40(Highly optimized) and contains mostly of MI instructions. It is going to be really fast.
