There is a book, "Designing Web Applications with UML", that proposes a way to define a set of UML extensions (e.g. extending/subclassing existing UML primitives) to represent Web pages, including static HTML, JSP's, and servlets. The author's Web site (I forget, look it up) has sets of icons you can download, for Rational Rose and for Microsoft Visio, to use for these.
But I don't think there is a real standard way of doing this (representing them, in UML)... unless maybe UML 2.0 addresses this area?
