Do you mean, how to add that header before you send the message? http://www.jguru.com/faq/view.jsp?EID=246463

Or do you mean, what happens in transit, to cause that header to appear in a received message, at some sites? I suspect it is done by some kind of filtering, in some receiving mail servers?
