Why isn't TestSuite a java.util.Collection?

See subject. It is a collection of Tests, so it should implement java.util.Collection. It's a *major* inconvenience that it doesn't.

I wonder what you want to do with it. I never felt the need to treat a TestSuite as a Collection.

I wouldn't even say that it *is* a Collection. For that, you needed to be able to add arbitrary Objects to it, remove them, etc.

You can get it to be an Enumeration.
suite.tests();

If you are using Java 1.4, you can convert it
Collections.list(suite.tests());

Otherwise it's not that hard to convert it yourself.
