"Espaa" is not captured correctly in dispatchAction

Hi,
Word "España" which is retrieved from Oracle database is displayed correctly in a JSP. After submitting the form with "España" as from the JSP, it is captured correctly in the actionForm, but it's not correct in the dispatchAction. Please help.

This problem is solved when I removed contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8" from <%@page >
