How do I check for a browser's encryption level? 40, 56 or 128 bit? I want to do this programmatically before a user logs into my site and inform him to upgrade his browser to support, say 128 bit encryption.

It can be set as a property in the SSL server running on ur webserver , you can specify the minimum level of encryption and it will do it for you .
