you can use a mimeparser which reads the contents of the message , and parse it into mime parts.
if you have for example a message with text + 2 attachments
you can edit the text , insert the attach's back
and send it..
i don't rememeber a specific mime parser you can use,
since my company built one, but search the web for it, it's similar to HttpMimeParser.
