I want to send email containing image to mobile phone using javamail (not through jsp/servlet).Currently i've written a java file which runs in the background and sends the messages to mobile phones which i've stored in database. I am able to send plain text message but don't have any clue how to send image with text.I can see the text part of the message on mobile but image is missing. Is it necessary that mobile should be wap enabled? I am using smtp to send mail. Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance. Java Boy    More>>

Including an image in a message is already covered in the FAQ. That way the phone user won't have to make a separate request to fetch the image. It is possible that the mail viewer in the phone doesn't support the embeded images.
