I am familiar with UML concepts. Now, I need a good UML book that guides me well in developing my project.
Could u please specify a good UML book, that you have used as a good guide while designing your project using UML.

"UML Distilled" is pretty much the defacto standard when it comes to the subject. It should be on every developer's bookshelf.
