have sombody an example for creating the Tag, with variable number of Tags in the jsp.

Try the following code:

"categoryTypes" is a ArrayList containing LabelValueBeans, this type of bean comes with the struts jar-file (see class org.apache.struts.util.LabelValueBean. You can find an example in the struts-example.war.

You would normally populate this collection from within your Action.
