I want to make a software like msn messenger. Fot it the person shouldn't have to install SDK. Only install the programe. Can i have some help on this ?

Many people have a JRE as a part of their browser, so it is not always necessary to specify it.

They shouldn't need the SDK, but the run-time environment definitely. Products like InstallAnywhere automatically install the JRE or SDK for you or you can specify the level they must have.
