Hi,

I have a applet, and I want it to keep secure (i.e. I don't want to applet to get downloaded to the user system when he is visiting that page). Is there any way from servlets/jsp to do this.

Maybe you could have an "outer" or "wrapper" applet (a "wraplet"?), in the regular codebase on the HTML result page. Then this wraplet internally knows the codebase to download and run your "real" applet, but the codebase for the "real" applet then would not appear in the HTML, so would not be easily discoverable by hand ("view source").
