How do I use the @PostActivate annotation in EJB 3.0?

Byron Tymvios

You will firstly need to import javax.ejb.PostActivate before you can use the annotation. Then annotate a method with @PostActivate

@PostActivate
public void postActivate(){
    //Place your post activation code here
}
A @PostActivate method will be called directly after the container has activated a passivated bean (deserialized from temporary storage). This is only required for statefull session beans.
