Star Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton has been found infected with the corona. A statement issued by the Mercedes team stated that he had mild symptoms, although he was fully fit and would remain in isolation under the Covid-19 protocol. Hamilton, who won the Bahrain Grand Prix two days ago, will no longer take part in this week’s Sakheer Grand Prix.
Hamilton, a 35-year-old driver from Britain, recently won the 95th. Earlier this month, he won the World Championship title for a record seventh time this month. In this case, Hamilton equaled Germany’s record of the most world titles won by Michael Schumacher (07 titles). He replaced Schumacher in the Mercedes team in 2013.
