• The maximum champion of WWE will be present at the ThunderDome for the first time after his diagnosis of COVID-19.
  • McIntyre will face Goldberg on January 31 at Royal Rumble 2021.

During the Monday Night RAW broadcasts via the USA Network, it has been confirmed that Drew McIntyre and Goldberg will return to WWE programming next week.

Drew McIntyre provided a new message to the public in the face of his match against Goldberg for the WWE Championship at Royal Rumble 2021. In addition to laughing at the recent segment in which Gillberg and a fake McIntyre were involved, the company’s top holder clarified who will return to the company in the episode prior to the pay-per-view. Commentators confirmed that Bill Goldberg will also return to the red show to face the “Claymore Country” frontman.

The company’s alerts went off last week when Drew McIntyre confirmed his COVID-19 diagnosis. The current owner of the WWE Championship spoke to the public via teleconference and warned that he was in good condition, being a matter of time to see him again in the ring. In that same episode of Raw, McIntyre took the opportunity to accept Goldberg’s challenge and confirm the meeting between the two for next January 31 at Royal Rumble.

The next episode of Monday Night RAW will take place on Monday, January 25, 2021, from the Tropicana Field Center in Saint Petersburg, Florida. In addition to its transmission in the United States through FOX, fans will be able to be part of the virtual audience of the show through the ThunderDome system. WWE is expected to announce more matches and segments in the coming days.
