D-Von Dudley suffering from the Health Issues

Devon Hughes better is known as ‘D-Von Dudley’ is An American retired professional wrestler who is dealing with some health issues as revealed by the star. The 48-year old legendary former wrestler retired in 2016 to become a WWE producer.

This wrestling veteran has competed for many promotions and had long stints with both WWE and TNA. Although his days as a tag wrestler are over, D-Von Dudley’s legacy lives on through his sons, who wrestle under the name of TNT in All Elite Wrestling.

Dudley has a podcast titled ‘Table Talk’, where he recently revealed that he’s had some tests and is waiting for the doctor to say something. D-Von said,

“Hanging in there, I’ve had some health issues but I’m hanging in there. I miss you guys. Hopefully, I’ll be back soon. I gotta see what the doctors say but, its been a little rough, but I’ve been hanging in there, doing what I can”

The Dudley Boyz

Due to the ongoing issues, Dudley has also not been able to attend WWE television tapings in Orlando for the last several days, according to PWInsider.

Being one-half of the iconic tag-team duo the Dudley Boyz, he dominated the tag wrestling scene along with his partner Bubba Ray Dudley. Some electrifying performances were put on by the duo across numerous promotions including ECW, WWE, WCW, TNA, and NJPW. In 2018, both of them were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and later into the TNA Hall of Fame.

The Dudley Boyz

The Dudley Boyz is considered one of the most successful and recognizable teams in the history of wrestling. The team achieved success in ECW during the middle and late 1990s. Eventually, the team moved on to the WWE, where they achieved more success during a tremendous era of tag team alongside teams like Edge, Hardy Boyz, and Christian.

In 2005, after the team’s exit from WWE, the team went on to have some successful years with TNA.

Since many details aren’t available regarding the issue he’s dealing with, it’s difficult to determine how long will it take for the former champion to recover and get back to action.
