Carnival Row season 2, is now renewed. The neo-noir fantasy tv show is returning for a second series. Carnival Row premiered in 2019 on Amazon Prime. It introduced viewers to a Victorian-style, darkly dystopian society that is plagued by wars and racial hatred.

The twist was, it wasn’t skin color that mattered but species. This is because fairies and other mythological animals made up the refugee population who were then rejected by their new human host.

Covid has been wreaking havoc with many series’ production schedules. When will the public find out about our heroes Vignette, Philo, and their fate? Here’s what we currently know about Carnival Row 2:

Carnival Row Season 2: Release Date

Although the show’s last appearance was in 2019, Amazon had already requested season 2 to air before the first. It is not yet known when the series will be returning.

Filming began at the beginning of 2019 but stopped after the pandemic struck in 2020. Multiple accounts claim that filming has resumed since then and was completed in August 2020. Do you think this means it will come out any day now? However, it is not exactly.

Carnival Row has a lot to do with post-production, especially in rendering the Victorian-style city and its magical residents. Given that it is unusual for a show like this to take over a year, it seems likely that Amazon will unveil the latest installments of its series soon. It would be bizarre for something like that to take longer than a full year.

Season 2 Plot

We watched Jonah and Sophie integrate more into Season 1. Vignette, Philo, and Sophie fight for power as they try to establish a new life in Carnival Row, home to all the mysterious beings. Philo finds out more about his half-fairy past and is forced to find himself in this situation. Season 2 will feature Sophie and Jonah reaching out to Fae. It will undoubtedly trigger a flood of emotions, including enchantment, joy, and elation.

Season 2: Carnival Row will give answers to Imogen, Agrees, and their escape from The Burge. Season 2 may bring us all of these mixed thrillers and the answers to the puzzles.

Carnival Row 2: Updates On The Show’s Production
