In the season 3 finale, Grace’s funeral was not shown. It also didn’t tease about the impact it would have. Ben (Josh Dallas). The show was based on their relationship.
Angelina’s dark journey ended in the final minutes. Angelina, played by Holly Taylor, has been wandering a strange path. This is due to her desire for a family, and her belief in Grace’s youngest child as her guardian angel. Adrian (Jared Grimes), who encouraged her, allowed Angelina to return to Stone to attack Grace (Athena Karkanis), to reach the baby. Ty Doran, an older Cal (Ty Doran), returned just-in-time to be with his mother. Unfortunately, she died from her injuries shortly before anyone else could.
Michaela Melissa Roxburgh and Ben discovered too late that Angelina was to blame for the mysterious Callings. Saanvi (Parveen Kaur), and Ben never found out about Grace’s death. Similar to Manifest’s dramatic Cal change that occurred in the same scene of the episode, Grace’s story would have been a pivotal moment for Ben and his main characters. Ben and Grace have been together since the beginning. Despite all the difficulties they’ve encountered, they have remained committed to making their marriage work. They faced many challenges, including the possibility of a split. But each time, they triumphed over their issues. Grace’s death was made more tragic by Grace and their love that survived everything that threatened them.
Ben may continue his downward spiral. Grace and Michaela had expressed concern about his mental health earlier. They were concerned about his unhealthy obsession with the Callings. His arrest for assault led to some feelings of loss, but he now vows not to repeat those mistakes. Grace’s untimely death could have caused him to go into a deeper place. In a sense, Grace’s presence was a source of strength in his life. Losing her could have had an impact on his resolve.
Ben could have had worse luck. Manifest Season 4He is not allowed to grieve. In those last few scenes, so much happened that the passengers would have needed to deal with it right away. Ben’s 5-year-old son vanished and returned five years later. Both of his daughters were also kidnapped. Ben would have been still in shock after Grace’s passing and would have had to return his children to Grace while also coping with Cal’s mysterious return. It is unclear whether Ben would ever get a break, given how quickly things have moved. Saanvi or Michaela could help Ben through this tragedy.
