Sabrina’s Hidden World: what Kiernan Shipka said about the series finale
The 21-year-old actress gave an interview with ET Online and recalled her feeling when she read the script with that ending. I was very surprised. I think she had the same mentality as everyone else, that it was Sabrina she can’t die. She is Sabrina. It can’t die. And then I thought oh there aren’t any more pages I think that’s it. It’s a dramatic ending.
The conclusion of season 4 ended a show that began in 2018 and was canceled by Netflix in July 2020. Shipka acknowledged that the end of the word shocked her quite emotionally and that it was not easy to digest. There is a lot of meaning and impact behind this and how we want to read into it. But most of all it completely surprised me.
In addition, the young woman gave a more hopeful point of view about what happened with Sabrina: I think what it represents is that she is truly a selfless soul and sacrifices herself for the greater good which is very important. Finally, he talked about the possibility of making a movie about Sabrina I would love it. I think I have certainly seen and heard the fans cry and I am with everyone. I love this character and I love those people so much that everything we can do to finish for the fans and keep it up and keep Sabrina alive. That would be great.
